Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Cenora Jewels, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer an easy exchange policy and refunds for eligible product-related issues.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Please provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging when reporting an issue.

Requests reported after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Easy Exchange Policy

We offer an easy exchange option for eligible products.

If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at:

Since an exchange does not involve refunding the product value, the process is kept simple for our customers.

The product being exchanged must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Undamaged
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, wherever applicable

Once we receive and inspect the product, the exchange will be processed.

Watch Exchanges

Watches are high-value products and are subject to special courier restrictions.

Reverse pickup is not available for watches.

Therefore, for a watch exchange, the customer must send the watch back to Cenora Jewels using a trackable courier service.

A ₹60 exchange processing/shipping charge will apply for eligible watch exchanges.

The exchange will be processed once the watch is received and successfully inspected.

3. Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return a product for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

Refunds are available only for genuine and verified product-related issues and are subject to inspection and approval by Cenora Jewels.

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Product damaged during transit
  • Wrong product received
  • Wrong size/variant sent by Cenora Jewels
  • Product materially different from what was ordered or described
  • Any other significant product-related issue verified and approved by Cenora Jewels

4. Refunds Will NOT Be Available For

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Styling or design preference
  • Product not looking as expected
  • No longer wanting the product after delivery
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product quality
  • Minor scratches/marks not considered a defect
  • Colour or shade differences due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • Wrong size selection when the correct size was delivered
  • Issues arising after delivery
  • Products that are used, worn, altered, or damaged
  • Requests made after the 3-day return period
  • Products purchased under special, promotional, or heavily discounted offers
  • Returns based only on price comparison or value perception
  • High-value products returned for non-defect-related reasons

5. Refund Amount & Non-Refundable Charges

Please note that an approved refund may not equal the full amount paid.

When an order is processed, Cenora Jewels incurs costs such as:

  • Shipping
  • Packaging
  • Payment gateway/transaction charges
  • COD charges
  • Order processing and handling costs

These costs are non-refundable to us.

Therefore, applicable deductions will be made from the refund.

Minimum Deduction

A minimum deduction of ₹1000₹ applies to all approved refunds( because this involves our packing , shipping cost and attaching initial and charms ) .This amount is subjective and will change according to your order amount / products

For higher-value orders, deductions may be higher depending on actual costs incurred.

For COD orders, the following are also non-refundable:

  • ₹120 shipping charges
  • ₹120 COD charges

Final refund amount will be confirmed after inspection.

Refund amount = Amount paid − applicable non-refundable charges

These deductions are not penalties; they cover operational costs already incurred.

6. Condition of Returned Products

Refunds will only be processed after inspection of the returned product.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Free from damage or alterations
  • Returned with original packaging, wherever applicable

If the product is found used, worn, altered, or damaged, the refund may be rejected.

7. Watches & Other High-Value Products

Watches are considered high-value products.

Reverse pickup is not available for watches due to courier restrictions.

For eligible returns/refunds, the customer must send the watch back to Cenora Jewels using a trackable courier service.

The customer is responsible for safe packaging and shipping.

Refunds will be processed only after inspection, subject to applicable deductions.

For watch exchanges, the customer must also ship the product back. A ₹60 exchange charge applies.

8. Non-Refundable Products

The following are not eligible for refund unless a genuine defect or wrong product is confirmed:

  • Products purchased under special, promotional, or heavily discounted offers
  • High-value products such as necklaces and crowns
  • Products that are used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

9. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

In most cases, refunds are initiated within 24 hours of inspection approval.

After initiation, processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

10. Important Information

A return or exchange request does not guarantee approval.

All requests are subject to eligibility checks, condition verification, and inspection.

Please do not send any product back without prior confirmation from our team.
