Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only applicable if informed within 3days of receiving the order.

Exchanges
We have a easy exchange policy.Please inform us within 3 days of receiving the products, please get in touch with us at cenorajewels@gmail.com or DM us at our insta handle @cenorajewels.

Incase of exchange of products , Rs 120  return pick up shipping needs to be beared by the customer. We will get the product picked up .

Refunds/Return

If you wish to return the product for a refund ,please inform us within 3 days of receiving it. 

Incase of return and refund , shipping Rs 120 total to be beared by customer and will not be a part of the refund(Refund will be exclusive of shipping)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned the product,

Please note that refunds will be initiated only for unused products .If the products are received in used/damaged condition ,we will not be liable for any refunds.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
